Job DescriptionPosition : Project CoordinatorExperience : 2-3 yearsKey Responsibilities:o Assist in the development of project plans and schedules.o Coordinate project tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.o Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables.o Work closely with project managers to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.o Assist in the allocation of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.o Maintain resource schedules and monitor the availability of resources.o Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure resource availability and allocation.o Serve as the main point of contact for project teams, stakeholders, and clients.o Facilitate regular project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting minutes.o Ensure timely and effective communication of project status, issues, and changes to all stakeholders.o Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.o Prepare and distribute project status reports, progress updates, and other documentation as required.o Ensure documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.o Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and requirements.o Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes.o Identify and address quality issues promptly to avoid project delays or rework.o Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets.o Track project expenses and ensure they align with budget forecasts.o Report on budget variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in B.Tech / IT Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
