Overview
Create menu items
Manage and work closely with other cooks
Determine food inventory needs
Ensure kitchen meets all regulations, including sanitary and safety guidelines
Any other duties required of a typical head chef.
Must have at least 4-8 years of working experience as chef (able to come up with dishes,control the kitchen, etc)
Must be good in cooking modern European cuisine, preferably French / German type
Must have enthusiasm and flair in cooking direction
Must be willing to work long hours
