Perform essential front desk administrative duties including answering phone calls, greeting clients, screen and forward incoming phone callsDirect visitors to the appropriate person and officeEnsure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailReceive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveriesMaintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)Update calendars and schedule meetingsPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as organizing, filing, photocopying

1.Monitoring and achieving specific sales targets of our IVD products in the assigned territory every year.2.Lead and strategize distributors to enhance product knowledge and achieve total customer satisfaction3.Analyze market information for product positioning and strategy development.4.Managing and supporting existing distributors within the territory.5.Appointing new distributors, if the existing are not performing well, or notcovering the company's entire portfolio.6.Create long-term and short-term strategic plans, a budget to boost sales, and use marketing and negotiation strategies to increase consumer preference and volume.7.Maintain strong relationships with the territory's dealer network, work directly with them to drive revenue, and more as needed.8.Control a group of subordinates/ management & keep team motivated.9.Develop strong connections with customers, especially with significant customers.10.Sales forecast based indenting and near expiry monitoring.11.Co-ordinating for shipment with the commercial department.12.Product management support to customers and distributors.13.Distributor and customer database preparation and its update.14.Jointly working with ZSM, RSM & ASMs within the territory.15.Field reporting of self & regular monitoring of the appointed ZSM & ASMs and monitoring of Regional Manager.

Responsible for quality assurance, Quality control.1.Leads the development, modification, and maintenance of quality evaluation and control plans and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.2.Leads the development and implementation of methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.3.Leads the design and analysis of inspection and testing processes, mechanisms, and equipment; conducts quality assurance tests; and performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine responsibility for, products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications4.Oversee aspects of the quality management system and support documentation and processes specific to IVD5.Maintain an in-depth understanding of the quality and documentation systems, applicable standards and requirements6.Monitor process controls associated with all IVD business functions to ensure compliance with the requirements and intent of the established ISO quality system7.May specialize in the areas of design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation and reliability, inventory control and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality.JOB REQUIREMENT:Candidate should have B.Sc./ ChemistryMust have 3 + years Experience in Pharma / IVD Divisions.Industry Type: Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences/ IVD Diagnostics
