Job Description:Join our team as a Sales and Marketing Executive, where you will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and enhancing brand presence. This position involves strategic sales initiatives, developing marketing inputs based on on-ground experiences, and managing customer relationships to foster business growth.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Create relationships with industry leaders and maintain strong business connections. Provide input for marketing materials based on firsthand market experiences. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand current market trends. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and that product delivery aligns with customer expectations. Follow up on sales, collect payments, and ensure timely delivery of products, either personally or by coordinating with logistics providers. Manage the updating of market data and customer profiles on company software. Handle grey areas, mishaps on the road, resales, and after-sales service. Represent the company with pride in our quality products in all dealings.Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector. Strong understanding of the copper wire market and its applications is highly advantageous. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
