Role and Responsibilities: Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets Developing quotes and proposals for clients. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Arrange business meetings with prospective clients; meet with customers/clients face-to-face or over the phone have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them liaise with the finance team, production and logistics departments as appropriate Innovate the strategies of improving the way the business operates research and attend seminars, conferences and events to build the business's network and profile Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy Work with sales and marketing teams Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. Take responsibility for the entire sales for assigned team. Outbound calls, follow-ups. Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients. Fulfilment of Sales quota monthly via New Sales acquisition. Pro-actively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; Site visits and closing deal by regular follow ups

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for preparing the production plan on weekly basis.Cross check the prepared plan once with Operations Head and sales-Marketing team for their suggestion and consent.Document day wise accomplishments with the help of supervisor and match the same with weekly plan. The proper briefing session has to be conducted daily and daily action needs to be conveyed to the team.Work on the Cycle Time and Machine Capacity Data Work on Measuring the performance of the team member using right toolsResponsible to scrutinize all the obstacles which are impacting the production productivity. Obstacles might be related to the material availability, error/rejection observed in the product.Co-ordination with Cross-Functional departments- Store, Purchase, Dispatch, Sales , Accounts, HR & AdminFull accountability of material received from storeMake sure that the training of new joiners have been done effectively Scrutinize the absenteeism data and make necessary improvement to minimize the loss that may be caused by the absenteeismMake sure that all production supervisors are aware about all the process followed within the department.Responsible for proper synchronization within the production sub-department and also within the supervisors.Make sure all his supervisors are preparing and submitting the proper track report, management reference report on time and as per the schedule.Pro-actively resolving all disputes related to work within the teamCreating an environment where the team works together and cohesively.Maintaining floor discipline and ensuring that all team members are following company policy.Creating ISO related documents if requiredDuly reporting and presentation of the information related to production status to the management
