Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

€¢ Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets

€¢ Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

€¢ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

€¢ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients; meet with customers/clients face-to-face or over the phone

€¢ have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them

€¢ liaise with the finance team, production and logistics departments as appropriate

€¢ Innovate the strategies of improving the way the business operates

€¢ research and attend seminars, conferences and events to build the business's network and profile

€¢ Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.

€¢ Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

€¢ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

€¢ Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy

€¢ Work with sales and marketing teams

€¢ Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

€¢ Take responsibility for the entire sales for assigned team. Outbound calls, follow-ups.

€¢ Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients.

€¢ Fulfilment of Sales quota monthly via New Sales acquisition.

€¢ Pro-actively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.

€¢ Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; Site visits and closing deal by regular follow ups
