Role and Responsibilities:

Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets

Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients; meet with customers/clients face-to-face or over the phone

have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them

liaise with the finance team, production and logistics departments as appropriate

Innovate the strategies of improving the way the business operates

research and attend seminars, conferences and events to build the business's network and profile

Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy

Work with sales and marketing teams

Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Take responsibility for the entire sales for assigned team. Outbound calls, follow-ups.

Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients.

Fulfilment of Sales quota monthly via New Sales acquisition.

Pro-actively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.

Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; Site visits and closing deal by regular follow ups
