The role focuses on recruitment, structured training of new hires, team building, and drivingsustainable business growth through the agency channel.Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and onboard sales professionals to strengthen the distribution network and support businessgrowth. Develop and scale a high-performing sales team to achieve assigned business targets. Provide structured training, coaching, and mentoring on products, sales processes, and regulatory compliance. Conduct regular team meetings, refresher trainings, and performance review sessions. Drive business development through agency channel sales initiatives and market outreach activities. Foster a performance-driven culture through incentives, recognition programs, and continuous motivation. Ensure strict adherence to company policies and IRDAI regulatory guidelines. Monitor recruitment pipelines, team productivity, and overall business performance metrics.Eligibility & Experience Graduation in any discipline (mandatory) Candidates without prior life insurance experience will be considered as Freshers Strong interest in recruitment, sales, and team leadership roles English and Hindi speaking proficiency is mandatoryIRDAI Certification & Training IRDAI certification is mandatory before commencement of the probationary training period Candidates who do not hold a valid IRDAI certification will be guided to apply through official company portals Upon successful certification, candidates will proceed to the probationary training phaseProbation & StipendDuring the probationary training period, candidates will be eligible for a stipend linked to business developmentperformance and achievement of defined milestones.Compensation & Incentives Fixed basic salary aligned with business development roles High incentive payouts Fast-track career growth based on team expansion and productivityInterview & Selection Process Initial resume screening Shortlisted candidates will undergo a face-to-face personal interview IRDAI certification (mandatory) Probationary training and onboardConfirm your interview session slot booking
