Key Role:* Onboard hotels, resorts, homestays, restaurants & activity vendors across Goa* Conduct field visits and build strong travel partnerships* Negotiate contracts, tariffs & business deals* Achieve monthly onboarding & revenue targets* Maintain vendor relationships & coordinate with internal teamsRequirements:* Bachelors degree in Business / Marketing / Hospitality or related field* Experience in B2B Sales / Business Development (Travel/Hospitality preferred)* Good communication skills (English required; Hindi/Konkani is a plus)* Knowledge of Goas hospitality market & basic CRM/MS Office
