The HR Intern will support HR operations and work closely with HR Managers and Executive staff to assist and complete HR-related tasks, such as recruiting and selecting candidates and managing payroll and benefits. The HR Intern will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee files and records.Qualifications * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills* Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information* Working towards a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates may also apply)*Good communication and leadership skills* Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is a plus
