Recruitment roles:1.Design and implement overall recruiting strategy2.Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications3.Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives4.Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc5.Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc6.Screen candidates resumes and job applications7.Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule8.Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated9.Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices10.Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team11.Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process12.Promote companys reputation as best place to workAdministration roles:1.Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets2.Maintain and update company databases3.Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents4.Answer queries by employees and clients5.Update office policies as needed6.Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments7.Book meeting rooms as required8.Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)9.Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
