Ltd.Location: Ravipuram, ErnakulamJob Type: Full-timeResponsibilities:1.Tour Planning and Coordination: Design and plan unique travel itineraries, considering client preferences, budget constraints, and logistical considerations.2.Vendor Management: Collaborate with hotels, transportation providers, and other partners to ensure seamless execution of tours.3.Client Communication: Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients, addressing inquiries, and offering travel advice.4.Problem Solving: Handle unexpected challenges during tours, ensuring quick and effective resolutions to maintain a positive client experience.5.Destination Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, local attractions, and cultural nuances of various destinations to enhance tour offerings.6.Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed tour documentation, including itineraries, booking confirmations, and travel vouchers.Qualifications:1.Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the travel industry, with a track record of successful tour planning and execution.2.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.3.
