Job Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a GPS Technician to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 year of experience in installing, configuring, or supporting business applications, as well as a good understanding of computer systems, GPS devices, and other tech products.Responsibilities:- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system issues- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues- Provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal- Prepare accurate and timely reportsRequirements:- B.E Electronics and ITI/ Diploma Holders encouraged to apply.Freshers encouraged to apply.- 0-1 year of experience in installing, configuring, or supporting business applications- Good understanding of computer systems,GPS devices, and other tech products- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
