Coordination with buyers and outside suppliers (local and import) for catalogue creation & enrichment. Ensuring the accuracy of the product descriptions and attributes across all our digital platforms, website & mobile app. Responsible for product upload and ensuring the accuracy of the products taxonomy, sequencing, and images in the database. Assist Web merchandising and marketing team in optimizing the customer journey, conducts a review of product rails according to sales, promotion & stock availability. Supports the customer service and warehouse teams for after-sales service management and customer issue handling. Coordinate with the buyers team for new product launch tracker & with the studio team for photoshoot schedule and other digital asset requirements. Information Management tools would be an extra advantage. Strong team player and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Data analysis for informed decision making and reporting. Provides overall backend support for website optimization thus contributing to company sales. Excellence in MS. Excel is must with a working knowledge of BI & Tableau. Knowledge of the ERP System (MS-Navision) , PHP based e-commerce platform (Magento) and Product.

To carry out pre-checks and cleaning tasks of the production line. Set the machine to production recipes. Preparing raw materials for production. Replenishing packaging and films to the production line during the shift including the stacking of trays. Set up batches of production as per the production plan. Manual handling including the stacking of finished goods. Maintain the hygiene of equipment. Completing documentation throughout the shift. Replenish the PH. Record downtime and work with the team to help minimize this. Resolve machines stoppages. Achieve OEE and waste targets. Work as part of a team. Maintain health and safety and always adhere to policies and procedures. Contribute to and help implement continuous improvement, to enhance quality, efficiency, safety, and waste reduction Help & assist in the training of others and identify own training needs. Ensuring the required materials are available for production, and that the factory is safe for all workers. Inspecting machinery and reporting any faults to management and workers. Identifying faults and troubleshooting wherever possible. Analysing performance and products, then making suitable recommendations. Scheduling training sessions and refresher workshops as required. Establishing high-quality standards and ensuring they are implemented by workers. Regularly educating staff members on health and safety regulations. Implementing preventative maintenance methods. Staying up-to-date with efficient methods of production and equipment maintenance procedures. Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
