• to carry out pre-checks and cleaning tasks of the production line.

• set the machine to production recipes.

• preparing raw materials for production.

• replenishing packaging and films to the production line during the shift including the stacking of trays.

• set up batches of production as per the production plan.

• manual handling including the stacking of finished goods.

• maintain the hygiene of equipment.

• completing documentation throughout the shift.

• replenish the ph.

• record downtime and work with the team to help minimize this.

• resolve machines stoppages.

• achieve oee and waste targets.

• work as part of a team.

• maintain health and safety and always adhere to policies and procedures.

• contribute to and help implement continuous improvement, to enhance quality, efficiency, safety, and waste reduction

• help & assist in the training of others and identify own training needs.

• ensuring the required materials are available for production, and that the factory is safe for all workers.

• inspecting machinery and reporting any faults to management and workers.

• identifying faults and troubleshooting wherever possible.

• analysing performance and products, then making suitable recommendations.

• scheduling training sessions and refresher workshops as required.

• establishing high-quality standards and ensuring they are implemented by workers.

• regularly educating staff members on health and safety regulations.

• implementing preventative maintenance methods.

• staying up-to-date with efficient methods of production and equipment maintenance procedures.

• any other ad-hoc duties as required.
