Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling ExecutiveJob Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiriesExplain company products/projects clearly and confidentlyGenerate and qualify leads, and schedule site visits (if real estate)Maintain proper follow-ups with customersUpdate call details and feedback in CRM on a daily basisHandle RNR, call back, and switched-off numbers with proper retry logicCoordinate with the sales team for conversions and closuresMaintain professional communication and customer relationshipsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Good communication skills in English and local languageBasic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling systems)Ability to convince and handle customer objectionsTarget-oriented and self-motivatedGood listening and follow-up skillsPrior telecalling or sales experience preferred (freshers can apply)Experience:02 years (Telecalling / Customer Support / Sales background preferred)Work Requirements:Daily call targets must be achievedRegular EOD reports and CRM updates are mandatoryShould be punctual and disciplined at workWilling to work on follow-ups and weekend site coordination (if required)Location & Shift:Office-based roleDay shiftSalary & Benefits:Fixed salary + incentives based on performanceGrowth opportunities within the organization
