Urgent Requirement of Accounts Executive at Sachin GIDC LocationKey Responsibilities:Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with accounting principles and regulations.General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Post journal entries and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment disbursements, and collections. Ensure timely and accurate billing and payments.Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor financial performance and provide insights to help with strategic planning and decision-making.Audit and Compliance: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and recommendations based on analysis to support business decisions.Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation. Ensure all records are filed and stored in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Collaboration: Work with other departments to gather necessary financial information and provide support for financial matters. Collaborate with management to address and resolve financial issues.
