Seeking a female English Trainer with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata, India. As an English Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting English language training sessions for individuals or groups. You will assess the English proficiency of students, create lesson plans, and provide feedback and guidance to help students improve their communication skills. Additionally, you will monitor and track student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure effective learning outcomes. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with a strong command of the English language, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for teaching. You should be patient, understanding, and able to motivate and engage students to foster a positive learning environment. Prior experience in teaching or tutoring English is a plus.
