job description:

we are looking for a dynamic and passionate english communication faculty who can effectively train students in spoken and written english, personality development, and soft skills essential for professional success.

key responsibilities:

conduct engaging sessions on english communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.

guide students on grooming, confidence building, interview techniques, and overall personality enhancement.

design and implement interactive classroom activities to improve students’ communication proficiency.

evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

collaborate with the academic team to integrate communication and soft skills training into the curriculum.

contribute to campus events, workshops, and seminars related to communication and development.

(preferred) manage or assist with the institution’s social media content creation and engagement to promote academic activities and achievements.

desired candidate profile:

excellent command over spoken and written english.

strong presentation, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.

a flair for motivating and engaging students.

prior experience in teaching or training in english communication / personality development preferred.

ability to handle social media platforms (instagram, facebook, linkedin, etc.) will be an added advantage.

qualification:

graduate / postgraduate in english, communication, or related field.

candidates with a background in hospitality or corporate training will be preferred.
