Responsibilities Of Candidate Includes:* Collecting, Validating, Verifying, Analyzing And Processing Of KYC Documentation* Maintaining The Electronic Client Records In Line With The KYC Documentation Reviewing Documents That Are Collecting For Identity And Address Verification Must Be Good At Checking Documents, Signature Matching

Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary. Call customers with overdue accounts. understand and explain benefits of repayment and credit history of customer. Correct customer misunderstanding on product policy and terms. Set up payment plan and follow-up schedule. Educate customer on consequences for late payment. Escalate difficult or unusable case to team leaders. Provide feedback on reason for default to team Leader.
