- Develop and maintain relationships with various insurance agents and agencies: As an Agency Partner, you will be responsible for establishing connections with insurance agents and agencies to promote and sell life insurance products.- Train and educate agents on life insurance products and services: You will conduct training sessions to educate agents on the different life insurance policies offered, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the products they are selling.- Collaborate with agents to achieve sales targets: Work closely with agents to set realistic sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them, providing support and guidance along the way.- Monitor agent performance and provide feedback: Track the performance of agents and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their sales techniques and meet their targets.- Stay updated on industry trends and market changes: Keep abreast of developments in the insurance industry and changes in the market landscape to adapt strategies and offerings accordingly.Required Skills and Expectations:- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with agents, clients, and stakeholders.- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products and services to educate and guide agents.- Strong sales and negotiation skills to drive sales and meet targets.- Proven track record of success in a similar role within the insurance industry.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- High level of professionalism and integrity when dealing with clients and agents.- 10th pass education with 8-14 years of experience in the insurance industry.
