We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with customers.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Identify New Clients:** Research and find potential clients in your assigned area to expand the customer base.- **Conduct Sales Calls:** Make regular visits to clients and prospects to present our products and services effectively.- **Build Relationships:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Work towards meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets established by management.- **Provide Market Feedback:** Report customer insights and market trends to the marketing and product development team for strategy adjustment.- **Maintain Records:** Keep accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and deals in the company's database.Required skills and expectations include:- Proven sales experience, ideally in field sales or direct selling environments.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients effectively.- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while meeting deadlines.- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, along with the ability to handle customer objections.- Proficiency in using basic computer programs and sales tools for tracking and reporting.Candidates must have completed their 12th grade and be ready to work full-time from the office environment in Chennai.

Primary Responsibilities:Apart from cleaning, will helpers also do tasks like waste disposal, floor mopping, organizingmaterials, drums cleaning, set drums in the good way.

Have to visit hotels and restaurants and collect waste cooking oil from them. The candidate has to go to the pickup locations with the company transport. Must be expert in Navigation. Ensure that all attempts to recover outstanding waste oil are pursued with the highestlevels of urgency
