We partner with clients to help them improve operating efficiencies, drive revenues and enhance the customer experienceJob descriptionDesignation: Funding Specialist/ Process Associate (Tele Calling Sales Profile UK/US)Shift timing UK shift (2:30pm to 11:30 pm) and US and Canada (7pm to 4am)Minimum Qualification: Any Graduation (10th/12th Pass candidates with experience in sales tele calling is also fine).Location Mumbai/IndoreExperience: Experience in Sales, Tele Calling SalesFunction/ Department: SalesResponsibilities: Must be comfortable in generating leads through tele-calling. Must keep track of all leads generated on regular basis. Noting important details of each conversation. Attend weekly meetings/trainings with managers and trainers for regular progress. Addressing clients queries or grievances about products or the company. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.Requirements: Excellent verbal communication. Prior experience as a Telecaller or Banking or Sales or similar role. Basic computer knowledge is required. Freshers with good command over English can apply. Candidates from banking sectors and/or experience in UK market will be a plus point. Ability to switch your communication style on a whim. Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
