Guest Relations ExecutiveWe are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to provide high-quality service to our hotel customers. You will address complaints and go the extra mile to make sure our guests are satisfied.In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can stay positive when facing difficult situations. You should also be reliable and customer-oriented, as youll serve as a primary point of contact for our customers.Your goal will be to ensure our guests enjoy themselves and plan to come back to our facilities.Responsibilities Review arrival lists to welcome guests Attend to special guests (e.g., VIPs) and answer their inquiries Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g., room service menus, area descriptions) Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g., confirming travel arrangements, taking messages) Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest relation executive when needed Record information in the logbook daily Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

Membership Sales ManagerSpecific Job ResponsibilitiesThe Sales & Marketing Managers overarching responsibility is to sell new memberships and retain current members through various marketing and referral programs, social events, and exemplary customer service. This is the top priority over all others.Financial and ReportingAssists in the preparation of the clubs annual budget and financial goals and then religiously monitors and manages it to achieve the goals.Prepares, uses, and updates the Kings Club Membership Tracker.Enters, updates, and maintains member accounts.Reach all monthly and annual membership sales goals.Along with the General Manager, operates club membership department within the budgeted payroll and makes adjustments to it as sales increase or decrease.OperationsLearns thoroughly the policies and procedures Plan and execute quality events and programs that add value for members to their membership. This is done in conjunction with the General Manager and other Department heads. Serves as Manager on Duty when necessary for overall operations of the club. Responsible for generating new member leads and tracks them accordingly, including responding to internet leads and managing member referrals. Responsible for the request of and preparation of all membership collateral material, working with the Kings Club Marketing team. Interfaces with the club Board, General Manager and Kings Club to report all membership updates. Represents the club in specific community events Pursue all new homes sales or resales that include mandatory membership. Develop relationships with local realtors to receive membership prospects. Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plan developed in conjunction with General Manager and Kings Club marketing team. Conduct all new member and prospective member tours, open house events, and member guest days. Review the club website for content and programming accuracy. Has a firm understand
