We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Trainer to deliver high-quality language instruction to learners across various proficiency levels. The ideal candidate will design engaging lessons, assess student progress, and foster a supportive learning environment that promotes fluency in speaking, writing, reading, and listening.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement customized lesson plans and instructional materials.Conduct interactive sessions for individuals and groups, both online and in-person.Assess language proficiency and track student progress through regular evaluations.Provide constructive feedback and personalized support to learners.Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom atmosphere.Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field.Certification in TEFL/TESOL/CELTA preferred.Minimum 13 years of teaching or training experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools.Desired Skills:Strong command of English grammar and usage.Ability to adapt teaching strategies to diverse learner needs.Creative lesson planning and classroom management.Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for language education.
