we are seeking a passionate and experienced english trainer to deliver high-quality language instruction to learners across various proficiency levels. the ideal candidate will design engaging lessons, assess student progress, and foster a supportive learning environment that promotes fluency in speaking, writing, reading, and listening.

key responsibilities:

develop and implement customized lesson plans and instructional materials.

conduct interactive sessions for individuals and groups, both online and in-person.

assess language proficiency and track student progress through regular evaluations.

provide constructive feedback and personalized support to learners.

create a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom atmosphere.

stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.

qualifications:

bachelor’s degree in english, education, linguistics, or related field.

certification in tefl/tesol/celta preferred.

minimum 1–3 years of teaching or training experience.

excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools.

desired skills:

strong command of english grammar and usage.

ability to adapt teaching strategies to diverse learner needs.

creative lesson planning and classroom management.

patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for language education.
