Installation & commissioning of machinery/equipmentRoutine maintenance, inspection, and troubleshootingAttend breakdown calls and ensure minimal downtimeProvide technical support to customers on-site & remotelyPrepare accurate service reports and documentationCoordinate with internal teams for parts, repairs, and solutionsEnsure adherence to safety, quality, and company standardsMaintain strong customer relationships and professionalismWillingness to travel as per service requirementsExperience in after-sales/service engineering preferred

Conduct in-process and final inspection of components/productsPerform measurements using gauges, instruments, and QC toolsMaintain records of inspection reports and test resultsMonitor production quality and highlight deviations immediatelyAssist in implementing quality standards, procedures, and SOPsIdentify defects, root causes, and coordinate corrective actionsMaintain calibration of measuring instrumentsWork with production teams to ensure consistent quality outputEnsure compliance with ISO/industry quality requirementsKnowledge of QC documentation, rejection analysis, and basic 7 QC tools is preferred
