Job Title: Sales Executive - Healthcare Information Systems (HIS)Experience Level: 6-10 YearsLocation: TrivandrumJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in Healthcare Information Systems (HIS) sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building long-term relationships with healthcare providers, and achieving revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement sales strategies to promote HIS products and solutions to healthcare providers.Identify and target potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to address their HIS needs.Market Research & Analysis:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in healthcare IT.Provide market insights to improve product positioning and sales strategies.Sales Pipeline Management:Maintain an organized sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of deals.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.Collaboration:Work closely with technical, implementation, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.Key Requirements:Experience: 6-10 years of proven sales experience, specifically in selling Healthcare Information Systems (HIS) or related healthcare IT solutions.Education: Bachelor's degree in busi, Healthcare Management, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Skills:Strong understanding of HIS functionalities and the healthcare industry's requirements.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and handle a target-driven environment.

As a Software Test Engineer, the candidate should have advanced knowledge of software design and engineering, a good eye for detail, and a natural gift for software troubleshooting. A skilled software test engineer should be able to identify even the smallest flaw in software designs and suggest simple yet effective fixes.Testing the products both manually and automated, Bug Reporting, Tracking and Closing, Work related to Testing Process improvement. Tests software releases during the product development. Configures necessary hardware and operating environments as needed to complete assigned testing. Provides technical expertise on specific products, operating systems and specialized environments. Writes or assists in the development of Test Conditions, Test Cases. Test Case Execution, Bug Reporting, Tracking and Closing Completes assigned test-related tasks.. Assists in review of test processes as they are developed. Develop and execute Automated scripts in QTP/Selenium Selecting or identifying areas/test cases for Automation. Co-ordinating Test team members and Development team in order to resolve the issues. Debugging Test Cases and fixing errors. Executing/Running Test Cases Defect Reporting & Tracking Test Reporting Defining and exporting Test ResultsSkills RequiredQualified candidates will be highly organized and detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, with the ability to make contributions quickly and meet project milestones and demanding deadlines. Excellent documentation and organizational skills are essential. Education: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. Done a Software Testing course from a reputed institution (Testing certification like ISTQB is a plus). Familiarity with testing methodologies and the defect reporting process. Experience: 5 to 10 yrs in testing (manual/automation)
