You will drive reliability, safety, and efficiency across all electrical assets while supporting production continuity.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all plant electrical systems including LT panels, MCC, power distribution, and earthingDiagnose and rectify electrical breakdowns promptly to ensure minimal production downtimeMaintain and service motors, control panels, contactors, sensors, relays, and field instrumentsMonitor, maintain, and update PLC programs and SCADA/HMI configurations as neededDevelop, implement, and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for all electrical assetsEnsure full compliance with electrical safety standards, IS codes, and factory regulationsEvaluate new automation technologies and propose system upgrades to improve plant efficiencyPrepare and maintain technical documentation including single-line diagrams, PM logs, and inspection reportsTrain and guide electrical technicians and helpers in safe work practices and equipment handlingRequired Skills & Competencies
