We are looking for a Hotel Front Desk Associate to serve as our guests first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel Front Office Associate responsibilities include :Registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Manage online and phone reservations Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay) Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner Co-ordinate with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests needsConfirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP guest and event attendees, like wedding guests Upsell additional facilities and services, Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

We VITS Hotel Bhubaneswar is hiring passionate and experienced hospitality professionals for the position of Housekeeping Associates.Job Responsibilities of housekeeping associates: Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house. Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service. Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed. Responds timely to guests special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, cots, extra towels, etc. Maintains inventory of necessary supplies. Reports necessary maintenance items. Follows departmental policies and procedures. Follows all safety and sanitation policies Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests. Performs additional duties as needed. Required Qualifications : High school , diploma in hotel management or equivalent Experience : Previous housekeeping experience from any category hotel

To maintain high standard of maintenance work for electrical equipment and systems related to meeting rooms, function rooms and guest rooms.Provide indoor and outdoor engineering services, as required. Inspect and diagnose malfunctioning tools, equipment, electrical systems, apparatus, and components.Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.Use testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes. Test batteries in generators, emergency lighting, etc. Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, based on job specifications and current National Electric Code and local codes. Respond to repair requests and perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, and appliances.Qualification : ITI/Diploma in ElectricalExperience : 2-4 years of hotel industry experience in Engg. & maintenance department.Fooding & Accommodation will be provided.
