Were looking for a Telecaller who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, answering inbound calls from customers, and providing excellent customer service.Telecaller Duties:Identify, qualify, and refer potential clients to appropriate sales representatives for sales opportunities or to appropriate departments for information about products or servicesInput customer information into computer and verbally relay information to sales representatives regarding customer sales opportunitiesRecord customer contacts, sales information, and other information about products and servicesCommunicate with sales representatives regarding customer callsTelecaller Responsibilities:Take inbound, outbound, and blended calls, answer questions, and document activities in the CRMMake outbound calls to prospects and clientsAssist with sales activities, documenting leads, and managing databasesGather and document sales data, such as meetings and appointments, in CRM, including details of visitors and customersPrepare and execute proposals and presentations using PowerPoint and Microsoft WordAnalyze, report, and communicate sales trends, customer patterns, and competitor activityPerform other duties as assigned
