We are looking for a dedicated Factory Worker to join our team in Industrial Area Phase I. The ideal candidate will support various production and manufacturing processes. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Assemble Products:** You will be responsible for putting together various products as per the company standards, ensuring that each item meets quality requirements.- **Operate Machinery:** You will operate machinery and equipment safely, following the instructions and guidelines to maintain efficiency and safety in the workspace.- **Quality Control:** You will check finished products for defects and report any issues to supervisors, ensuring we maintain high-quality standards.- **Maintain Cleanliness:** You will keep your work area tidy and organized, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.- **Collaborate with Team Members:** You will work closely with other team members to meet production goals, communicate any obstacles, and support each other in daily tasks.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Candidates should have completed their 12th grade education.- A minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 7 years of experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred.- Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure quality in all tasks.- Good communication skills are important for teamwork and reporting issues effectively.- Basic mechanical skills and the ability to safely operate tools and machinery are necessary.- A positive attitude and strong work ethic will contribute to the teams success, as you will need to be reliable and punctual in a full-time position.
