Welder

We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our team in the Industrial Area Phase I. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 7 years of experience and must have completed at least the 10th grade. This full-time position requires a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Perform Welding Tasks**: Execute welding operations on various materials following blueprints and specifications to ensure strong and precise joints.

- **Maintain Equipment**: Regularly inspect and maintain welding tools and machines to ensure they are in good working condition, preventing breakdowns and ensuring efficiency.

- **Read Blueprints**: Interpret technical drawings and schematics to understand the dimensions and specifications needed for projects, ensuring accuracy in work.

- **Ensure Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent workplace accidents, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

- **Collaborate with Team**: Work alongside other welders and team members, communicating effectively to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
