Grinder Operator Responsibilities:- Set up and operate grinding machines to grind metal workpieces according to specifications- Select appropriate grinding wheel for the material being worked on- Adjust machine controls to regulate factors such as grinding speed, coolant flow, and depth of cut- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth functioning and quality output- Inspect workpieces for defects and make adjustments as necessary- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make repairs or adjustments as needed- Maintain a clean and safe work
