Grinder Operator Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate grinding machines to grind metal workpieces according to specifications

- Select appropriate grinding wheel for the material being worked on

- Adjust machine controls to regulate factors such as grinding speed, coolant flow, and depth of cut

- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth functioning and quality output

- Inspect workpieces for defects and make adjustments as necessary

- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make repairs or adjustments as needed

- Maintain a clean and safe work
