We are seeking a Plant Operator to oversee daily operations within our facility in Pune. This full-time role involves working directly in our plant environment, ensuring smooth functionality and safety of processes.Key Responsibilities:- **Monitoring Equipment:** You will regularly check all plant equipment to ensure they are running efficiently and safely. This includes identifying any issues and reporting them for quick resolution.- **Operating Machinery:** You will be responsible for operating various machines used in production. This requires following specific instructions and guidelines to maintain quality standards.- **Maintaining Records:** You will keep accurate records of production activities, equipment performance, and maintenance tasks. This helps ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.- **Adhering to Safety Standards:** Following safety protocols is crucial. You will be trained to recognize hazards and will be expected to promote a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a minimum educational qualification of 12th grade. While prior experience is not mandatory, having some exposure to plant operations is beneficial. We expect individuals to be attentive to detail, physically fit, and able to work effectively in a team. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential to adapt to our operational processes. This position is primarily open to male candidates.
