Freshers For Plant Operator - Pune

We are seeking a Plant Operator to oversee daily operations within our facility in Pune. This full-time role involves working directly in our plant environment, ensuring smooth functionality and safety of processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Monitoring Equipment:** You will regularly check all plant equipment to ensure they are running efficiently and safely. This includes identifying any issues and reporting them for quick resolution.

- **Operating Machinery:** You will be responsible for operating various machines used in production. This requires following specific instructions and guidelines to maintain quality standards.

- **Maintaining Records:** You will keep accurate records of production activities, equipment performance, and maintenance tasks. This helps ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

- **Adhering to Safety Standards:** Following safety protocols is crucial. You will be trained to recognize hazards and will be expected to promote a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum educational qualification of 12th grade. While prior experience is not mandatory, having some exposure to plant operations is beneficial.
