To contact and manage all leads assigned to you in real-time basis in order to build an effective relationship with them and identify prospects.-To communicate and engage with all the leads utilizing all online and offline tools viz Email, SMS, Phone conversation, Whatsapp, etc in order to create site visitsRegular follow-ups and keep creating interest in projects through letters, sending regular updates and promotional materials for site visits and return visits- To prepare a predictive report and a sales closing plan highlighting issues faced by the customers and solutions to those issues- Collect and compile customer insights with respect to selection criteria need, aspiration, designation, budget, pain areas, peer group, etc with an objective of influencing customers decision making - Gather intelligence on relevant competitors and analyze it to give a compelling sales pitch - To make sure that feedback duly filled in by the customers and additional information is gathered from them during the presentation and the system is updated on a real-time basis
