Key Focus of Role:- Provide support to the Recruitment Manager & Branch Manager;- Take responsibility for social media advertising campaign for candidate attraction;- Create and publish job ads in various portals- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events- Collaborate with branch manager & the Business Developments in Dubai to set qualificationcriteria for future employees- Screen resumes and job applications- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings Interface with relevant embassies and government departments to ensure smooth processing.Key attributes Ideally understand the bulk overseas recruitment industry; Expert at candidate attraction through the use of social media; Understand effective candidate screening; Knows how to obtain large numbers of candidates; Understands government processing requirements for overseas deployments; Able to effectively communicate with head office staff; Problem solving abilities and looks for solutions. Fluent in English and highly computer literate.Salary and Benefits to match competency. We are hiring for an experienced Visa Processing & Documentation Officer four our internal office in HyderabadJob Desc:Document scrutiny and collection for visa processing.Handling applicant/recruiters queries personally & via e-mail, telephone.Process/Maintain and record all application data.Handling of cash and bank related transactions, if assigned.Job Requirements:Previous experience in recruitment agency/recruitment firm or BPO for GCC Countries are a MUST.Willing to work from office(No remote/Hybrid at the moment)Good command in English.Able to work as team or individually.Hard worker.Ability to work under pressure and in fast paced environment.
