Our mission is to empower retailers with better pricing, faster supply, and digital convenience while creating career opportunities in the jewellery trade.Role: Jewellery Retail Executive (JRE)As a JRE, you will be the frontline business ambassador, responsible for onboarding and managing jewellery retailers in your district. You will drive sales volume, ensure retailer satisfaction, and act as the key link between the operator and platform.Key ResponsibilitiesRetailer Acquisition: Onboard jewellery stores in your assigned area (target: 40 stores per JRE).Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with retailers and maintain regular visits.Sales Handling: Facilitate orders between retailers and platform manufacturers/wholesalers.Market Intelligence: Collect insights on competitor pricing, retailer demand, and seasonal trends.Digital Adoption: Train retailers on using the platform (mobile app / web).Reporting: Submit daily/weekly sales performance to the district lead.QualificationsEducation: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.Experience: Sales/field experience in FMCG, Jewellery, or Fintech is a plus.
