location: across odisha (district-wise deployment)

salary: ₹15,000/month (fixed) + incentives on sales performance

jewlmart india is building odisha’s first b2b jewellery marketplace platform, connecting jewellery manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers into one digital ecosystem. our mission is to empower retailers with better pricing, faster supply, and digital convenience while creating career opportunities in the jewellery trade.

role: jewellery retail executive (jre)

as a jre, you will be the frontline business ambassador, responsible for onboarding and managing jewellery retailers in your district. you will drive sales volume, ensure retailer satisfaction, and act as the key link between the operator and platform.

key responsibilities

retailer acquisition: onboard jewellery stores in your assigned area (target: 40 stores per jre).

relationship management: build strong relationships with retailers and maintain regular visits.

sales handling: facilitate orders between retailers and platform manufacturers/wholesalers.

market intelligence: collect insights on competitor pricing, retailer demand, and seasonal trends.

digital adoption: train retailers on using the platform (mobile app / web).

reporting: submit daily/weekly sales performance to the district lead.

qualifications

education: minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

experience: sales/field experience in fmcg, jewellery, or fintech is a plus. freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

confidence in dealing with business owners

basic smartphone & digital app usage

willingness to travel locally

fixed salary: ₹15,000/month

incentives on sales volume (earning potential ₹20,000–25,000/month)

career growth to district lead / regional lead within 12–18 months based on performance

growth path for jres

0–6 months: jre (onboarding & sales execution)

6–12 months: district lead (team handling of 8–10 jres)

12–24 months: regional lead (managing multiple districts)
