Allocate the targets fixed for different line of business to different areas in the area / territory . Follow the methodology for covering every customer in the area / territory and apportion them to sales team. Planning a scheduled time for sales & personal related training programs Execution Achieve the sales & collections targets fixed for Products, Projects and Services - fixed or revised based on business strategy and market conditions Train and co ordinate with contractors and Integrators for the project execution Provide support to the contractors and customers by sample and TDS approvals Evaluation of Tenders in terms of Technical and commercial conditions and summarizing the same and projecting it to RSM properly, before quoting to client. Provide Provisional Quote and Sales orders to RSM Attend Customer Complaints received and provide solutions, escalate to RSM in case additional support is required Arrange for seminars and presentation with customer for Product promotional activities Provide information on Quotes to RSM for additional info support and approvals where the deviations relate to Credit and Pricing Policy. Co-ordination Co-ordinate with Marketing Manager to execute activities to support sales function Co-ordinate through RSM with Sales Co-coordinators for seeking information, details, etc. Co-ordinate through RSM with SCM Head in cases of abnormal delays in supporting a sales order. Escalate for support to RSM wherever required in collection of outstanding payments and statutory documents Reporting Prepare and present Area / Territory Performance data for RSM & Sales Head to present in MRM meeting Participate and update the status of daily performance in the Area / Territory to RSM Participate and contribute in the planning and performance of the Area / Territory on a daily basis in the Morning and EOD. Highlight the deviations in scope of work and status of execution to RSM

Role : Business Development ManagerReq Education : BE/B Tech in Electrical & Electronics EngineeringLocation : Mumbai , Delhi & HyderabadBusiness development and sales of Technical Services.Incumbent shall be responsible for business development and sales of Technical Services Earthing & Lightning Protection Design Services and Health Assessment, Audit & Adequacy Services, Electrical Safety Audits, Power Quality Solutions and Power System StudiesGood Technical, Presentation and Communication skills are required. Knowledge of Process, Chemical, Petrochemical, Chemical, Manufacturing & Engineering Industries, Oil & Gas Sector, Electrical Consultants, Architects, Large EPCs and IT / ITES customers and Commercial establishments will be an added advantage.Analyzing customer requirement and preparing the offers and closer of orders.Collection of the payment by understanding payment procedures and terms.
