1. Project Execution & Site SupervisionEnsure timely execution of site activities as per project schedule.Supervise all on-site works including civil, MEP, interior fit-outs, and finishing works.Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and specifications.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth execution.2. Quality & Safety ManagementMaintain quality checks at every stage of work.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and monitor safety measures on site.Conduct regular inspections and rectify deviations immediately.3. Material & Resource ManagementMonitor material consumption and ensure minimum wastage.Raise material requirements in advance to avoid project delays.Verify delivery, quantity, and quality of materials received at site.4. Coordination & CommunicationAct as a bridge between the project manager, design team, and site team.Attend site meetings and update stakeholders on progress.Coordinate with consultants and clients for approvals and inspections.5. Documentation & ReportingMaintain daily site reports, progress trackers, and manpower logs.Prepare and submit measurement sheets for billing verification.Track project timelines and escalate delays to the project manager.6. Cost & Timeline ControlMonitor site expenses and ensure adherence to budget.Work towards reducing rework and optimizing resources.Support project manager in achieving milestones within defined timelines.
