We highly value Sincerity, Smartness and Hard work.Role DescriptionWe are looking for Smart , Dynamic Lead / Sr Recruiters to be a part of our Hiring and Recruitment team.Experience required : Minimum 5 Years overall , 3+ yrs into recruitmentRole : End to End Recruitment and HiringShift timings : 12 pm to 9 pm IST ( Monday to Friday 5 days working )Location : Mansarover complex , Shivaji Nagar , BhopalCTC offered : up to 6 LPA ( based on last drawn and experience )Qualifications5+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisitionProven track record of hiring top talent across various domains and levels of experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of recruitment tools and processesExpertise in sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking eventsAbility to work collaboratively with hiring managers and maintain strong relationships with candidatesExperience in IT recruitment is highly desired
