Role Description

We are looking for Smart , Dynamic Lead / Sr Recruiters to be a part of our Hiring and Recruitment team.

Experience required : Minimum 5 Years overall , 3+ yrs into recruitment

Role : End to End Recruitment and Hiring

Shift timings : 12 pm to 9 pm IST ( Monday to Friday 5 days working )

Location : Mansarover complex , Shivaji Nagar , Bhopal

CTC offered : up to 6 LPA ( based on last drawn and experience )

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition

Proven track record of hiring top talent across various domains and levels of experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of recruitment tools and processes

Expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events

Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and maintain strong relationships with candidates

Experience in IT recruitment is highly desired
