As a Hotel Steward, your primary role will be to provide excellent service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Your responsibilities will include:- **Setting Up Dining Areas**: Arrange tables, chairs, and utensils before guest arrival to create an inviting atmosphere.- **Serving Food and Beverages**: Accurately serve meals and drinks in a timely manner, following the restaurant's standards to meet guest expectations.- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Keep dining areas clean and organized, promptly clearing tables and washing dishes to maintain hygiene.- **Guest Interaction**: Communicate with guests to fulfill their requests and address any concerns they may have during their meal.- **Collaborating with Kitchen Staff**: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery and to ensure that meals are presented well.- **Assisting with Inventory Management**: Help keep track of supplies and report low stock levels of dining materials and equipment to management.The ideal candidate should have:- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably 1 to 2 years, to ensure proficient service skills.- A high school diploma (12th pass) to demonstrate foundational educational qualifications.- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.- A friendly and professional demeanor to provide excellent customer service.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating efficiency, teamwork, and adaptability.
