The role involves accurately picking products, packing orders as per company standards, and ensuring timely dispatch for online orders.Key Responsibilities:Pick products from inventory as per order list (SKU-wise accuracy)Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materialsEnsure correct labeling, barcoding, and invoice attachmentMaintain packing quality to avoid transit damageVerify quantity, size, and color before packingAssist in inward stock checking when requiredKeep the packing and storage area clean and organizedFollow company SOPs for packing and dispatchSkills & Requirements:Basic understanding of warehouse operationsAbility to read order slips and product codesAttention to detail and accuracyPhysically fit to handle packing workPrior experience in e-commerce packing (preferred but not mandatory)Honest, punctual, and team-oriented

Ishu Collection is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support financial reporting for our trading and e-commerce business.Key Responsibilities:Maintain daily books of accounts (Sales, Purchase, Cash & Bank)Handle GST billing, returns, and reconciliationManage Tally entries and ledger maintenanceReconcile bank statements and payment settlementsTrack receivables and payablesPrepare monthly financial reports and MISAssist with audits and statutory complianceMaintain proper documentation and recordsSkills & Requirements:Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred)Working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and GST portalUnderstanding of e-commerce transactions (preferred)Attention to detail and accuracyAbility to meet deadlines

We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to handle Returns Management and Listing Management for our brand. The ideal candidate will manage product returns efficiently while ensuring optimized and accurate product listings on online marketplaces.Key Responsibilities:Returns Management:Oversee and process product returns, ensuring a smooth and timely resolution.Coordinate with logistics teams for reverse pickups and replacements.Address customer inquiries related to returns and refunds.Maintain detailed records of returned items.Listing Management:Create, update, and optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.Conduct keyword research to enhance product visibility on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.Monitor listings for errors, customer feedback, and performance metrics.Collaborate with design and content teams for accurate and visually appealing listings.Requirements:Proficiency in Excel and basic computer applications.Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
