* Liaising with travel partners including hotels and houseboats to manage bookings and schedules for guest enquiries* Promptly dealing with customer enquiries with an aim to meet and exceed their expectations* Building professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders.* Mentoring and coaching peer team members for collective performance improvement.* Managing relationships with the Airlines /Foreign Agents /Hotels /Guides/ Transport partners and all stake holders for a tour package.* Responsible for planning, organizing daily itinerary for the tours based on the guest requirements.* Promoting and marketing the company in events and seminars.* Preparing Status reports (Daily and weekly) to update senior management.* Following up with customers during the tour and collecting their feedback about the experience. Desired Candidate Profile* 1-12+ Years of experience handling package Enquiries in a leading travel firm* Excellent command of spoken and written English* Graduate with basic awareness about tourism/ hospitality industry* Excellent computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, outlook and power point* Commitment to internal and external customer satisfaction* Proactive, self-Starter and Team Player* Able to manage multiple tasks with deftness and attention to deadlines* Effective Time Management skills* Display efficient organizational skills* Establish and Maintain strong Interpersonal Relationships* Must have both the operation skills and technical knowledge to make customer pitches in a honest and ethical way.
