Position : Relocation Consultant Location : AhmedabadEducation Qualification Minimum graduateExperience - Minimum 4yearsJOB DESCRIPTIONClient communication Reply to clients queries via email /phone in a timely and orderly fashion. Coordinating with realtors and schools Prepare program itinerary Make appointments with various schools, hospitals, clubs, etc for the clients. Monitor, track and report the entire program until closure to main office and client Timely follow-up with the clients/vendors on emails/calls Prepare weekly reports on clients progress Maintain internal MIS and TrackersConduct orientation Program on field and home search To assist client who wants to move to the new city to help understand & settle down in new city. Helping client find house through real-estate brokers and sourcing right property for them. To help them to source right school To help client to book a hotel if there is hotel requirement to stay in the hotel. To coordinate with immigration consultant to complete visa related services. To ensure client company is updated at all time with home search & the settling process of employees. Act as a point of escalation and resolution of issues that arise on a case-by-case basis Serve as a single point of accountability for the day-to-day operations - coordinating with IOS team and ensure client satisfaction.
