Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies toachieve revenue and market share objectives within the assigned area.2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with allInfluencers in the value chain to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, andensure customer satisfaction.3. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, andcompetitor activities. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products/services toeffectively communicate their value proposition.4. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunitiesby actively prospecting and generating leads within the architecture and interior designcommunity.5. Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and informative product presentations,demonstrations, and training sessions for architects, interior designers, and other keystakeholders.6. Sale Closure: Meet contractors and retailers to close the loop once specification hasbeen done by the architect / IDs in coordination with the Retail / Channel Team.7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing,product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication andalignment of goals.8. Sales Reporting: Input the daily visits done into the company-provided Sales-Force-Automation App (SFA) and analyse regular reports coming from SFA on salesperformance. Share with seniors information picked up on market trends andcompetitor activities. Utilise data to analyse results and adjust strategies accordingly.9. Travel: Be willing to travel within the designated area to meet clients, attend industryevents, and build a strong regional presence. Should preferably have a 2/4 wheeler toeffectively cover the designated territory.Qualifications: Proven experience in Influencer Management, specifically within the Building materialIndustry. Understanding of Microsoft Offic
