About intelliSol Laboratory intelliSol is setting up a NABL accredited calibration laboratory in Delhi with an objective of providing reliable, accurate, and cost-effective calibration solutions to broad range of industries, including manufacturing, construction, engineering and pharmaceutical companies.We are currently looking for Calibration Engineers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for calibration of the instruments and equipment of our clients to ensure they remain accurate and compliant with relevant calibration standards.Job DescriptionAs a Calibration Engineer, you will work closely with internal teams and clients to perform the calibration of various measurement, monitoring and testing instruments and equipment. You will be responsible for carrying out calibration activities in a timely manner according to industry standards and regulations ensuring precision and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Calibration of Instruments: Perform calibration of various measuring instruments, including pressure gauges, thermometers, weight scales, and other specialise equipment, adhering to international and industry standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025)Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of calibration activities, including calibration certificates, logs, and reports. Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelors degree/ Diploma in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, Instrumentation) or a related field.Good computer knowledge and proficient in working with Word, Excel and basic computer programs.Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and record-keeping abilities.Good communication skills to provide technical assistance to clients and colleagues.Additional Information:Candidate must be a local resident of Delhi or willing to relocate to DelhiTravel may be required to perform on-site calibrations at client facilities.Shift flexibility may be required depending on project deadlines or client needs.If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in joining a dynamic and innovative team, please apply/ submit your resumeJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, ExperiencedBenefits:Paid Sick leaveTravel allowance for site visits

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, relationship building, and hands-on sales execution to promote solutions and engage customers effectively. This role offers an exciting and rewarding opportunity for growth in B2B sales, working with both new and existing clients to achieve business expansion.Key Responsibilities: Regularly visit customers to understand requirements and present customized metrology solutions (equipment, software, services). Prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers. Generate leads via cold calls, emails or other channels and following up with them to identify new business opportunities and fuel business growth. Collaborate with application engineers/product specialists to meet customer needs. Maintain CRM data and sales performance reports. Meet or exceed sales targets; ensure both new customer acquisition and existing client retention. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Stay updated on market trends, competition, and new technologies. Relay customer feedback to principals and marketing teams.Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Engineering. 2-4 years of B2B sales experience in capital equipment (e.g., Metrology tools, HMC, VMC, laser cutting,). Strong knowledge of marketing and sales techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong time management, organizational skills, and self-motivation. Willing to travel across NCR and North India.
